EntertainmentWhat’s on CBS tonight? Here is the full CBS schedule for Sunday, November 1, 2026, with times in Eastern Time (ET).
CBS starts its Sunday primetime at 8:30 and spends the day on football
CBS’s evening runs half an hour late on Sunday, and the schedule tells you why. Two NFL games fill the afternoon, the first at 1pm ET (10am PT) for 205 minutes and the second at 4:25pm ET (1:25pm PT) for 185. After that comes 60 Minutes at 7:30pm ET, and primetime proper opens with Marshals at 8:30pm ET/PT (7:30pm Central). The best of the night is the first of the three primetime shows, and it is Marshals.
Marshals is an American series based on Yellowstone, with Luke Grimes in the cast, and the genre is neo-Western. That is a fairly specific pitch for a Sunday network slot, and it has the evening’s strongest hook because of it. It gets four stars and the pick. It faces Animal Control on Fox, Family Guy on Comedy Central and House Hunters on HGTV at the same moment, none of which is much like it. Nothing else in that group is going after the same viewer.
Tracker follows at 9:30pm ET/PT. CBS isn’t saying much about what Tracker is beyond its place in the lineup, so the fair thing to say is that it holds the middle of the night and has a mixed field to beat. Fox’s Grimsburg starts a minute later, Bravo has Married at First Sight, and TNT has The Internship. Three stars. It is a safe middle hour, which is sometimes exactly what the middle of the night should be.
Cupertino closes the night at 10:30pm ET/PT. It is an American legal drama on CBS with Mike Colter, Rachel Keller, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Busy Philipps and Nik Dodani in the cast. It also has slots on October 22 and 29, so Sunday is not its only home. A legal drama in the last hour of the evening is a sensible fit, though you will need to decide whether you are still awake for it. Three stars. Against it are Youth on HBO and Wizards Beyond Waverly Place on Disney Channel, a very different crowd.
The afternoon belongs to football, and the NFL Today at noon ET (9am PT) leads into it. The 4:25pm game runs 185 minutes and ends at 7:30pm ET, the minute 60 Minutes begins. A football viewer can stay on CBS from noon into primetime without touching the remote.
The morning is the news set. CBS News Sunday Morning with Jane Pauley runs 90 minutes from 9am ET, and Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan follows at 10:30am. Both are fixtures, and the long Sunday Morning slot is the one worth a look if you have time to spare.
If the football is not for you, the sensible plan is to start at 8:30pm ET and treat Marshals as the main event. Stay for Tracker if it suits, and decide on Cupertino as you go.
