NewsWhat’s on PBS tonight? Here is the full PBS schedule for Monday, November 2, 2026, with times in Eastern Time (ET).
PBS spends three hours of Monday on Antiques Roadshow, and 8pm ET is the one to catch
PBS is not competing with anyone tonight on their terms. While ABC has Dancing with the Stars, CBS has FBI and Bravo has Below Deck at 8pm ET, PBS offers a calm hour of Antiques Roadshow US, “Sensational Finds”, and that is the point. It is the evening’s best fit for anyone who wants the television on without being shouted at, and it earns the top rating here.
The show is not a one-off slot. Roadshow turns up at 4pm and 6pm ET as well, so by the time the 8pm hour arrives PBS will have run it three times in one day. That is a fixture, not a repeat, and it says something about how much the network trusts the format to hold an audience from the afternoon onward. The three episodes carry different numbers (S30E21, S29E23 and S30E23), so the afternoon and early-evening hours are not simply the same episode again. The 8pm hour is the newest of the set by season number, which is a fair reason to wait for it.
Pati Jinich Explores Panamericana follows at 9pm ET, and it also ran at 5pm. Two showings in a single day is the kind of thing a schedule does when it wants a show to be easy to find, and it gives the cooking-and-travel hour a second chance with anyone who missed the first. Against it sit Celebrity Weakest Link on Fox and Still Flipping Out on Bravo, which is a very different sort of evening. If you are choosing PBS at 8pm, staying through 9pm is the natural move.
At 10pm ET comes the night’s one real programming decision: Coming Home: From Shadowland to Spiritworld, a 90-minute special from 2026 and the longest thing in primetime. It is the hour where PBS meets the heaviest opposition, with Shark Tank on ABC and Beat Bobby Flay on Food Network. We would not rank it above the Roadshow, since a 90-minute slot demands a commitment that a 60-minute one does not, but the length suggests the network sees it as an event and not filler.
Earlier in the day the pick is Hotel Portofino at 3pm ET, the “Subterfuges” episode (S02E05). It has aired on ten of the days in the window, so it is clearly a staple of the afternoon, and a 60-minute drama is the best use of that slot. PBS NewsHour sits at 7pm ET, as it does most weeknights, and Amanpour & Company closes the night at 11:30pm ET with Season 9 Episode 23.
Overnight, Great Performances runs twice, at 3am and again at 4:30am ET, with Samara Joy at Royal Albert Hall as the second. That is one for the recorder.
Daytime is children’s programming from 6am to 2pm ET: Arthur, Odd Squad, Wild Kratts, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, Sesame Street and others. Parents will know the shape of it already.
