If you want one Lifetime movie tonight, make it While She Was Sleeping at 8pm ET. It runs 123 minutes and it is the only film in the evening dated 2026, so it is the natural centerpiece of the day. I’d give it three stars on that basis. Beyond its title and length, Lifetime isn’t saying much about it.

Behind it, Would You Kill for Me? The Mary Bailey Story follows at 10:03pm ET. That one is from 2023, the older of the two primetime films, and it is a sensible late slot. Before the main event, Gaslit by My Husband: The Morgan Metzer Story runs at 6pm ET. It is from 2024.

The rest of the day is a loop. We’re Getting Out of Here Alive airs twice, at midnight and again at 2pm ET, and Kidnapped in Her Own Home: The Martha Carelli Story is on the schedule on two days running.
