What’s on Food Network tonight? Here is the full Food Network schedule for Saturday, October 31, 2026, with times in Eastern Time (ET).

Food Network spends Halloween night on one competition show, five episodes deep

Food Network has not scheduled a Halloween night so much as a single show. Halloween Baking Championship starts at 6:30pm ET with a 90-minute episode, Engrossed with Ghosts, and then runs unbroken through 8, 9, 10 and 11pm, five episodes in all. The one to start with is 8pm ET: Messages From Beyond, the fourth episode of season 11, the first full primetime hour and the natural jumping-in point. Four stars for the pick, mostly because the title delivers on what the night is for.

What the five episodes add up to is plain: if you like the show, tonight is a marathon, and if you do not, there is no second choice on the channel. Episodes five and six, Flawed Anatomy at 9pm and It All Begins with Us at 10pm, are good to have on in the background while the evening goes on, and the 11pm episode, Happy Haunting Grounds, is the last of the run. That last hour only rates three stars here, because it is the fifth episode in a row and it comes after a long evening on a night when many viewers have already gone out.

Outside the show, the schedule is the usual Food Network mix. Diners, Drive-ins and Dives runs a long block from 1pm to 6:30pm ET, a run of 30-minute episodes with Guy Fieri, and a second block overnight from midnight. It is an afternoon of reliable viewing rather than anything special, and the 5pm ET episode, Funky Fresh, is a fair place to catch it. The Pioneer Woman, with Ree Drummond, opens the morning at 8am and returns at 9am, and The Kitchen takes the late morning at 10am and 11am. Be My Guest with Ina Garten fills 12pm ET.

The best-themed hour before primetime is at 7:30am ET, where Delicious Miss Brown shows an episode called Kardea’s Spooktacular Party. It is a good fit for the day, and the only episode on the channel with Halloween in the title that is not part of the baking show.

The competition at 8pm ET is the World Series on Fox, Halloweentown on Disney Channel and FBI on CBS, while the 9pm hour faces Scary Movie 2 on Bravo and Halloween II on AMC. If you want a break from the movies, this is the quiet option. Recorded shows air at the same local hour everywhere, so 8pm ET is 7pm Central and 8pm PT.
