Full Sky Arts listings for Monday 2 November 2026, with times in London local time.

Sky Arts saves its biggest slot for the last one

The reason to be on Sky Arts on Monday is 10pm. Wynton Marsalis’ All Rise, from the Edinburgh International Festival, starts a new run at episode one and takes 140 minutes, more than twice the length of anything else in the evening. Nothing before it comes close, and the channel clearly knows that.

The build-up is gentler. Alfred Hitchcock Hour opens primetime at 7pm, a full hour where the afternoon’s Hitchcock strand gave you half-hour instalments. Then comes a double bill of André Rieu: Welcome to My World, two different episodes from two different series, at 8pm and 9pm. It is a reliable pairing for anyone who likes their classical music with a big crowd and a bigger smile, and it is a sensible way to hold an audience until the main event.

Opposition is thin for this sort of thing. At 10pm the rival channels are on news, stand-up and crime documentaries, so a viewer after something that is none of those has one obvious place to go.

Earlier, Landscape Artist of the Year sits at 5pm, an easy way into the evening, and the Tales of the Unexpected half-hours at 6pm run straight on into Hitchcock. Stay for All Rise.
